How to make a delicious Natural Protein Shake

This is a Tutorial on how you can make a delicious natural protein shake without using any protein or whey powder:

All you need is

2 Apples
1/2 Banana
75-100g of blueberries
Apple juice or crushed ice
Chopping board
A blender

This shake is full of BCAAS; the building blocks of protein. Along with packed with all the fruity goodness you already know about.

I personally have this shake after each session.
