How to build a big chest for beginners?

Simple chest routine for gains in size and endurance strength. 
Big chest. Big gains!
Countless times i have been in the gym or changing room and another guy has come up to me "bro, how do i get a chest like yours?". A slightly weird question to ask a semi naked man, but we all have thought it. Looked at a guy in the gym or on youtube and thought damn that guys chest should be mine. I still do it myself; Helmut Strebl trains in my gym his chest puts mine to shame!

we are all searching for that perfection; sometimes we see elements of our dream body in other guys body parts... there's no shame in want to improve yourself and being inspired by other people's hardwork/dedication.

So, here is some of the chest workouts i do and recommend. This should build a good foundation for you to do more advanced chest routines.

Dips: 3x15 reps (add weight if this is to easy 5-10kg)

Flat bench: 4x10

Incline dumbbell press: 4x6/6 - see link on how to do it

Cable cross over or peck deck: 3x8, 3x15

Press ups: 5x20 45 seconds rest 

Dips: 1x rep until failure 

Press ups: 1 x rep until failure


Now my routine is chest and back in the same session. Keep following my blog for the post on how to do that session.
