What are best fruits, nuts and vegetables to have in your diet?

Sometimes its hard to know what to eat. Especially when you are used to sweets, cakes and other tasty treats... that aren't helping your fitness/health goals!

Well here is a list of different foods you can add to meals and turn into snacks. Lots of examples you can have for dessert or lunch.

Yes it may cost more than that mcdonalds burger. But you don't eat a whole watermelon in one go! Plus the health benefits are priceless

Here is a list of some of the best natural foods to have in your diet


(vegan friendly)

Fruits: Dates, Blueberries, Bananas, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Orange, Watermeolon, Grapefruit, Mango, Limes, Apple, Lemon

Nuts: Raw Almonds, pine seeds, macadonian nuts, 

Leafy Greens: Romaine, Kale, Spinach

Super Foods: Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Moringa Leaf, Ashwagandlha, Dulse, Flaxseeds

Vegetables: Squash, Cucumbers, Beets, Avocado


And Also: Cilantro, parsley, Himalayan salt, tomatoes, carrots, maca root powder, spirulina, chlorella, quinoa, buckwheat, and amaranth.
