How to reach your goals even if you don't have a gym membership?

One of the biggest reasons stopping most people from reaching or at least starting their fitness goals is not having a gym membership. Most of the time people do not own a gym membership due to two reasons:

1. You are leading a busy life. Therefore, you just don't have enough time to go to the gym, get changed, workout, get showered, get changed again and then travel home to cook.
2. Money; the gym simply isn't free; nor is getting to the gym.

Well that is why I personally made my home workout videos; they are free so that's reason two out the way already.

Time; well at some point you have to eat. So whilst you are cooking your dinner ie whilst that delicious meal is in the oven. You can use that as a perfect opportunity to do a 10-20minute homeworkout. Moreover, the more you become a part of this fitness life, you can start waking up a little earlier and doing a quick morning workout.

Morning Workouts
Here is a workout you can do each morning 1/2/3 rounds depending on your available time and fitness. It is a very simple but effective way to start your day. Not too strenuous to destroy you for the rest of the day but tough enough to get your heart beating ready for the day ahead.

Full Body WorkoutHere is a full body weight; no weights needed workout. This is a perfect workout to target your whole body; great way to start your training for the week or end your training.

Abs Workouts

Here are a range of different abs workouts varying from 5-10minutes long. A nice variation that you can mix and match doing throughout the week. Doing 100crunches continuously won't be of much benefit to you and will become boring. Try these challenging circuits to increase your core stability
