45s rest on each set. 1 minute between each exercise.
3x30 Knee raises(if you have weak grip do floor leg raises),
5x20/20 Cable Crunches/Sit Ups,
3x12 Cable Crunches,
3x30 Weighted Russian Twists,
4x12/12/12/12 side dumbbell bends,
4x25 Leg raises (if you have weak grip do floor hip raises),
1km Sprint, 1k row, 1km Bike.

Review of New Reebok Trainers and unboxing for my new sports wear

Hey guys, here is my review of the reebok z quick trainers. I was able to put these trainers to the test and i wear them in all of my sessions. Why? because i do a lot of HIIT training; which often includes running and cycling. The trainers have great movability and lightness.
